Tony Paetzick

Tony Paetznick has three decades of local law enforcement experience, including his current role as Police Chief and Public Safety Director since 2016, as well as over 20 years of service as a volunteer firefighter. Married to his college sweetheart Stacie, together they’re busy navigating the waters of adolescence as they raise two teenage sons and a preteen daughter. Active in a variety of church ministries, Tony also serves as the Chaplain on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association where he advocates for the spiritual health, wellness, and fitness of first responders and promotes police-faith community engagement to build policing trust & legitimacy. An avid runner and reader, Tony has run 21 marathons and annually reads over 50 books annually.
